Trilogy Beauty Ltd operates a policy in relation to 'no shows' - A no show is defined as having booked an appointment with us, but failing to arrive for that appointment and not having made contact with us to either cancel or rearrange via any of our contact methods.

The policy will be applied as per the below:

A no show will result in 100% of the missed treatment cost needing to be paid in full prior to any future bookings being taken.

Why do we have such a policy?

​

No shows can have a huge financial impact on a business, especially a small business such as ours. As an example, if we had just one no show every day for acrylic nails over a 5 day week, that would amount to lost income of over £8,000 per year. That would sadly make our business non-viable and we would likely be forced to close. That is especially true with the current economic climate and costs associated with running a business.

 

How to avoid a 'no show charge'?

 

It's simple really - Just give us a call, message on Facebook or email and let us know you won't be able to make it. If you have a mobile number on record with us, you will receive a text message 24 hours before your appointment with a reminder. This is a perfect opportunity to get in touch if you realise that you can no longer make this appointment.
